FRANK BIBOWEI AKPOFURE NABENA ESQ is the Managing Principal Partner of F.B.A. Nabena & Co. He is a Notary Public, an accredited Tax Practitioner by CITN as Associate Member of the Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and an Associate Member of ICMC Institute of Chattered Mediators and Conciliation. He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1995 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1996.

After his Youth Service Programme, he worked briefly with the Rock Chambers before he relocated to Lagos State, where he went into active Legal Practice with Messrs Mike Ozekhome’s Chambers, Legal Practitioners (Notaries Public) formerly at 49 Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos in 1997 and thereafter moved to the Firm of A.O. Adefala & Co. in Ebute-Metta, Lagos State.

In 1998, the Managing Principal Partner went into Partnership with Barr. Samuel Igoche under the practice name; Sam and Frank Associates in 1998 before he eventually established F.B.A. Nabena & Co. in 1999. The Law Firm, F.B.A. Nabena & Co. was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on the 2^nd of September 1999.

Barr. Frank B.A. Nabena is a very sound lawyer. He has firm grip of the rudiments of Court room affairs, Land Registries, Corporate Affairs and Trade Mark Commission, Insurance Industry, Stock Market as well as Banking Industry. He has personally handled in the course of his practice, matters ranging from Election Petitions, Debt Recoveries, Land matters, Breach of Contract, Divorce and Matrimonial matters, Recovery of premises, Winding up of Companies, Wrongful Termination and Dismissal from Employment, Unlawful dealings in Shares and Securities, Perfection of Legal Mortgages and Debentures, Land and Corporate Searches, Placing of Lien on Shares, Criminal matters, Tax cases, Wills, Probate and other matters including Litigation etc. He presently, supervises the Head Office of the Law firm and other Five branches as the managing Principal Partner. He has personal appearance records from Magistrate to the Supreme Court on different practice areas.

As part of his Firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of giving back to the Legal Profession, he engages in probono cases. Award schorlarships to the less priviledged and partners with NGO’s to reach out to the needy. He presently mentors several young Lawyers and has sponsored Young Lawyers jointly with ICMC (The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators) in Asaba, Portharcourt and Yenagoa Bars being beneficiaries.

Barr. Frank B.A. Nabena is also a Philanthropist, Legal trainer, Coach of many Lawyers, Election Petition expert, Human Right Activist, a child of God, a mentor and a team player. He is a Legal Adviser to many NGO’s and CBO’s. He is the current Chairman of We Care Ministry of TREM International Headquarters, Lagos and is Happily Married to Dcns Titilayo Nabena and their union is blessed with three (3) lovely kids Isreal, Esther and Samuel.
